The dealership offered a program they called the "Drive" program, and that meant they took care of all the Registry paper work for us and gave us our new car with new plate that day! Bait and switch. They gave me a great quote on the price of the vehicle. I show up and guess what? they don't have that trim level. "oh we'll get that for you but we'll have to add $500 to the pr of the vehicle. I show up and guess what? they don't have that trim level. "oh we'll get that for you but we'll have to add $500 to the price we quoted. maybe we can give you a good deal on your trade to make up for it." We waited and they gave us a trade in value of $200. xxx? seriously? kbb quotes my car trade in value at $5K, i was realistically expecting $2-2.5K. But $200? are you serious? on top of that they offered a 4.9% interest rate when I know I qualify for 1.9%, which is what I got 2 years ago when I bought my civic. Never again! HAHA they called me the day after and said they will do it for the price I was looking to get it at. YEA RIGHT! after such an experience, I'm never doing business with this dealership and I will warn everyone I know to stay away, far away from this place as possible. More
