I recently purchased a VW CC. I considered two dealerships - Atamian and one other in the region. Atamian had the initial advantage because they provided a written price quote at my first visit a dealerships - Atamian and one other in the region. I went to the other dealer to comparison shop on cars available and pricing. For a full week I could not get a firm quote from this dealer. It was always "around this or around that" when discussing models and options. I gave them an email address and they promised a quote - not received. They basically would not provide firm pricing until they felt I could be pressured into an on the spot decision - old school and did not work. Sale completed with Atamian. Final paperwork and registration handled promptly and professionally. So far so good... More

John Desrochers was my salesman, very professional, knows his stuff, pays attention and remembers every little detail of what your looking for no matter how small. Highly recommend you see John. I've never just bought a new car in 1 day, It usually takes at least 3 visits to 3 separate dealers, but this time it all happened in 1 day . I made 1 phone call at lunch to make sure the car I wanted was there, after work I drove my trade in car to the delaership, they looked at it, we haggled, came to an agreement, drove home in a new car. I came in to the dealership looking for a new car for my wife. My salesman was very helpful with explaining all the features of the car and working with us to find a payment that fit our budget and still al wife. We found a way to make the monthly payments work with our monthly budget. Compared to the Mazda 3 five door we considered buying the volkswagon was far superior in fit, finish, and ride quality. My mom has a 2 year old mazda 5 that has been nothing but headaches.... we are considering trading her car in next week for a jetta wagon. nothing but great things to say about the sales team. on a side note, anytime my father has taken his car in for service or i've gone to the parts department they've been friendly and helpful. We had researched the Tiguan heavily and felt that the SEL w/Panoramic roof and rear airbags was the right model for our family. Living near The Automile, I was hesitant on driving out to Tewksbury - but am I glad that I did. Not only was the price better than some of the closer dealers, but I was immediately comfortable with all of the staff that I interacted with. In addition to being personable, they were all enthusiastic and knowledgeable about their product line. The financial negotiation was stress free and quick. Now the only challenge is getting the Tiguan back from my wife. More
