I have been working with Jason Fuchs at Atchinson Ford since 1994. Even after the sale, Jason has always shown an active interest and desire to assist me with my service visits following up whener I nnee since 1994. I really appreciate the no pressure approach to sell me something I did not want and the time taken during deliveries, a no rush approach to answer all of my questons, and spending the right amount of time helping me to learn the features of my new cars. What I like most is Jason isn't pushy, finance department didn't try to push anything I didn't want and I received a tour of the service department. The service department is excellent, they are focused on customer expectations and fixing it right the first time, Bryan Robson has been great to work with. I appreciate the dealership and would never consider going anywhere else, something I do not reccomend lightly! More
