Associates who make promises and then disappear. Managers who abandon you mid-process, only to come back and contradict themselves. Zero accountability, zero professionalism, and absolutely zero follow-through. They don’t care about you at all — just your money. This is NOT a luxury dealership. To them, you are nothing but a number they can squeeze. And the way they talk to you? Prepare to swallow your pride repeatedly if you decide to deal with them. Yes, the car is great — but the experience cost me more self-respect than any purchase ever should. No one spending this kind of money should walk away feeling disrespected, dismissed, and taken advantage of. I run multiple small businesses. I’ve purchased over 50 vehicles nationwide — including Rolls-Royces, Ferraris, and even Kias — and I can honestly say that my experience with Athens BMW has been one of the best, if not the best, I’ve eve Rolls-Royces, Ferraris, and even Kias — and I can honestly say that my experience with Athens BMW has been one of the best, if not the best, I’ve ever had. During my search, I worked with four BMW dealers across two states. Every one of them offered between 4% and 10% off MSRP, and even BMW’s national promo only reflects an 8% discount — on a lower-spec i5, at that. Athens BMW stepped up with a 17 % discount on a fully loaded 2025 i5 M60, a car that stickers $12,000 higher than the national promo, and still gave me $2,000 more for my trade than anyone else. That level of transparency, pricing, and execution is almost impossible to find. I’m not a tire-kicker, but I’m not easy either. I had very specific must-haves: the deal had to be structured as a business lease under my LLC, with me only as the personal guarantor and no personal credit reporting. Steve in Finance made it happen — and even verified it directly with BMW Financial Services corporate. So, if you’re like me — a business owner who wants to lease through your company, keep your personal DTI low, and avoid adding new auto tradelines — Athens BMW and BMW Financial Services are the team to see. I’m not local to Athens; about 75 % of this deal was handled by text and email, and it was completely seamless. These guys can easily work with anyone nationwide — but if you’re within driving distance, do yourself a favor and visit the store. Dakota handled everything professionally from start to finish, Steve made the process smooth and transparent, Daryl (GSM) structured a deal no one else could touch, and Mr. Whitlow (GM) clearly runs the dealership with integrity and precision. I’ve bought BMWs from multiple dealers around the country, and Athens BMW is now my #1 choice for professionalism, pricing, and customer care. If you’re shopping anywhere in the Southeast, make the drive — this team is the real deal. 👏 More

I’m a young single mom, bmw in Athens had my x3 there for over a month. Picked it up thinking I wasn’t going to pick up a car now smoking from the back, worst than I came. After asking Lindsey and Johnathon over a month. Picked it up thinking I wasn’t going to pick up a car now smoking from the back, worst than I came. After asking Lindsey and Johnathon told me if i didn’t leave they would call the cops to make me. I live not even 3 miles down the road from the dealership and broke down, in tears, car smoking, with a young child needed to be picked up (in what I thought was going to be a fixed and reliable car after being “worked on” for over a month… I call bmw while I was broke down and received a response “we can’t help you and hung up”. I’m lost of words. I’m not the type to write negative comments but they deserve nothing positive after this ordeal. Now- I’m down a car, having to use every penny to get a rental for me and my child to get to work, school and the places NEEDED to be. More
