Took my car to Athens BMW to have my airbag recall done and now the car won’t start up. Service manager won’t do anything about it saying that it didn’t start up when they got it. and now the car won’t start up. Service was good. Ease of making an appointment was quite difficult. Online link to make an appointment failed to work. Had to call and leave a message on voice mail. Service dept. is great. My BMWs are old but I still service them at dealership, mostly because of Matt Grainger. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and extremely is great.
