In July 2012 we took our 2008 Grand Caravan in for service on the turn signals (on the side mirrors). The van was there for 3 days. When we got the van home we realized 3 of our wheels were no longe service on the turn signals (on the side mirrors). The van was there for 3 days. When we got the van home we realized 3 of our wheels were no longer the same as the ones it had when it went in. The wheels were 2 tone gray 17" aluminum. When we got it back only one of the wheels was the 2 tone gray and the other 3 were just brushed aluminum. We called immediately to see if there was a mix up and to find out why the wheels were even off the van in the first place. They said the wheels were not taken off the van. We agreed they should not have been taken off but the bottom line was that the van had different wheels when it came home from the dealer. No one knows how or why 3 wheels were removed but they are clearly different from the 2 tone wheels it went in to the shop with. No matter who changed the wheels, it happend while the van was under their watch. Amazingly, there are no security videos to verify what may have happened. Long story short, 3 months later we still have mis-matched wheels and Athens Dodge is still claiming we somehow changed the wheels but are blaming them for it. Through the Better Business Bureau we tried to just have the remaining 2 tone wheel replaced so we would at least have 4 matching wheels but Athens Dodge said they owed us nothing and would charge us $180 for the wheel. We are now considering legal action. The service manager Mike Goodman has been very unpleasant to us on multiple occasions and we have been very disappointed in our treatment with this dispute. I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere for service. More

Sean stayed in contact with me over the next few days getting all the information he needed to make sure we were able to get the financing where I needed it to be before I even drove from Loganville to his dealership. My family and I drove out there to drive the car and we feel in love with it!!! Sean had everything waiting on me when we arrived so it didnt take long to sign the paperwork and drive off the lot!! I am one happy car owner! More
I drove from Augusta to Athens Dodge to look at a specific car. I spoke by phone with Mike Barnett prior to my arrival and he had his salesman, Christopher Daugherty meet me right at the front door specific car. I would not hesitate to make that drive again to see Chris in the event that I was looking for another car! I purchased a 2008 Ford F250 from this dealership. Prior to finalizing the transaction, I asked if there were any known mechanical problems/issues with the vehicle. I was advised the vehicle had been " to finalizing the transaction, I asked if there were any known mechanical problems/issues with the vehicle. I was advised the vehicle had been "looked over by their mechanics" and there were no problems/issues. This truck was sold to me without disclosing the Diesel Particulate Filter had been removed. This is very important as the EPA requires this be on the vehicle. Additionally, it was not disclosed a computer would have to be used in conjunction with this modification, as an error/check engine light is triggered without the use of the computer. When purchasing a 30+K vehicle, this is information that should be divulged. Also, I noticed there is a slow leak in the radiator. I was advised the 3mo/3k warranty does not cover this. I was also advised the mechanics did not observe this leak while it was on the lot. Interestingly, they did not observe the missing Diesel Particulate Filter either. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind this slow leak existed on this vehicle while it sat on the lot. I have explained in detail to the staff the leak is slow, and could very easily been mistaken for A/C condensation. I spoke with the used car manager Jeff Poss regarding the above. I was advised the dealership would repair the radiator at "cost", which is still going to be roughly $850-$900. It was explained I feel proper customer service would include a radiator repair, as well as compensation for the cost to have the diesel particulate filter replacement. More

Had a great visit to Athens dodge today they gave us top dollar for our trade and gave us a very fair price on our new (used) charger. After much searching at numerous car dealerships, my boyfriend and I visited Athens Dodge Chrysler Jeep as one of our final stops. We were greeted by a smiling and very friendly salesman, J.D. After telling him our financial situation, J.D. showed us cars that were manageable for our budget. He took us on a test drive for a Honda Civic. He made sure to mention all of the features and warranties that would come with the car. I was impressed that he was very knowledgeable about the Honda even though we were at a Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep dealership. Although there was not a car at that particular moment that we were able to drive away with, we were very pleased with the service and will definitely return in the near future to buy a car from J.D. More
