Satisfied with service I made an appointment for my 2013 C-Max for "the works." They took my car right back and completed the work in a very timely manner. Since my car has over 185,000 miles on it, I fully expected a list of all the things that needed to be done. To my surprise, there was no list. The cost was $49.56 which I thought was very fair. They have a nice lobby to wait in with refreshments. I actually had an offer to receive a free turkey if I took a test drive. My salesperson was Jaime Negrete and he let me drive a new Explorer. I explained that I wasn't ready to buy at this time and had a great test drive. When we returned to the dealership, he got my coupon for the turkey and didn't put any pressure on me to buy. I only had to wait a few more minutes until the service was done. So, all in all I had a great experience with Athens Ford this week. The review I would have given back in October 2012 when I leased this car...not so much! But times change and so do businesses. I have always been highly satisfied with the service department. They work hard to make you 100% satisfied.
