worst car buying experience I have ever had (25 years) I have bought hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of vehicles in my lifetime and this was the worst. Too many people involved with the transaction I have bought hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of vehicles in my lifetime and this was the worst. Too many people involved with the transaction and no continuity. Experience here was very stereotypical of the "used car salesman". The only reason I went through with the sale after seeing how terrible they were, was because they had the vehicle I was looking for. More

Do not understand what appointment means had 10 o'clock appointment to get oil changed. At 1 o'clock they had not started. My daughter-in-law has been in twice this year with appointments for had 10 o'clock appointment to get oil changed. At 1 o'clock they had not started.
