We went from a $688 payment to a $800 payment in financing. We weren't showed options just trying to sell us more. He kept trying to sell us on extras, changing our payment. We have good credit but 0% financing was not offered to us until I mentioned. He tried to manipulate us with the numbers and didn't tell us how much the extended warranty was. We didn't see the total cost of that until we signed the paperwork. It took 5 hours to purchase a truck which seems excessive. We knew what we wanted and had selected the truck within 45 minutes of being there. The rest of the time was signing papers, waiting for the next step, signing more papers, waiting on it to get detailed, waiting on the coating to be put on. After we purchased it, we were promised a bed liner. We had to follow up with the sales person. We had to find a local dealer for a bed liner. More
