Easy to deal with I came in and asked for a certain salesperson that had been recommended to me by a friend. They happened to not be there, so Scott ended up helping me I came in and asked for a certain salesperson that had been recommended to me by a friend. They happened to not be there, so Scott ended up helping me out. I did not know what I wanted and wasn’t happy about having to buy a car (I was in a wreck caused by someone else) Scott made the entire process very easy, showed me several different options so that we could narrow down what exactly I wanted. I originally arrived late afternoon, so once we decided what I was interested in, he told me that the finance department would take over and I would hear from them the next day (I had to go back to work). He was in touch with me before noon and I went back to the dealership around 4. Two hours later I was leaving with keys in hand, and everything completed. I spent less than 3.5 hours there altogether from start to finish. Very pleased after dealing with Scott and everyone there. Everything was presented to me in a way that was easy to understand, and I was pleased leaving the dealership. More
