Disappointed Unfortunately, I wasn’t very satisfied this time around. I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. When my service was complete an Unfortunately, I wasn’t very satisfied this time around. I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. When my service was complete and I looked at my truck, it had greasy hand smudges on my fender and hood, and scratches and a paint chip on the hood that wasn’t there when I left the house. I was cleaning up the mess and discussing it with the service manager, who didn’t seem to be very interested. He just walked away. I had just hand washed my truck before bringing it in for service, so there was no doubt about where this mess came from. More
