Great selection and great staff! Would have been a 5-Star experience if there had been a little more transparency in the F&I office. The numbers were combined and unclear, so I felt like I couldn't see some of the rebates (i.e. Farm Bureau Cash Rebate, $500, Ford Sales Incentive, $1000 Trade Bonus, etc.). Buying a vehicle is never a great time, but they did the best they could do. We drove almost 2 1/2 hours to buy from this dealer and would buy there again; however, this time, I will bring a sharp pencil (LOL). Negative: The detail shop did a very POOR job on cleaning the vehicle for delivery. Someone needs to tighten these guys up. Not good to spend the money you are asked to pay and then get a half done job. More
