Great service department experience I brought my Fusion Hybrid in for a second opinion diagnostic check after already receiving some bad news from another auto repair shop...I was lookin I brought my Fusion Hybrid in for a second opinion diagnostic check after already receiving some bad news from another auto repair shop...I was looking at about a $1700 repair, and I only had 80,000 miles on the car. This second opinion paid off. The repair was going to be more extensive, but covered under warranty. So, what I thought was going to be a very expensive repair ended up not costing me anything. Kudos to Dean Parris for making sure I had a loaner vehicle and for arranging a pickup on a Sunday when I got back from vacation. Dean worked on the warranty coverage, too, so I want to say a special thanks for all his hard work and accessibility during the process. More
I have owned Ford vehicles since 1988 - a total of 3 since I drive them as long as I possibly can! They keep running so I keep driving. My recent service at Athens Ford was to repair/replace several things having to do with the heating and air conditioning units. The people at Athens Ford were great - Chris Stines explained everything in detail that would need to be done, how much it would cost, etc. And he found a loaner car for me to use while the work was being done. I could not have asked for any better service. More
