John was extremely pleasant and worked well with us to purchase the car. He was not too knowledgeable about the car's workings and did not tell us that someone had spilled something down the face of the i purchase the car. He was not too knowledgeable about the car's workings and did not tell us that someone had spilled something down the face of the instruments, rendering the GPS, radio, and other buttons on the instrument panel stuck and unusable. I have had to buy and new screen and panel for all those features. I may not have purchased the car if I had been more diligent in trying those features before buying even though we drove 4 hours to get there. More
