Poor and very unprofessional service after committing to a vehicle and most definitely after leaving the dealership. It’s near impossible, if you have issues/questions, to get a response from anyone. If you call, the employees pass you around on hold then eventually hang up on you. Even the managers act as if they have no authority. I can genuinely say, that this dealership survives from scamming and unfortunately, I along with many others have fallen victim. More

Don't Buy From Thid Dealer!! Total misrepresentation of the car I purchased. No one ever thanked me for my purchase. The showroom is full of salespeople doing nothing but loud c Total misrepresentation of the car I purchased. No one ever thanked me for my purchase. The showroom is full of salespeople doing nothing but loud conversations, laughing, texting or on the phone with family...I was told the tires on the car were almost new, but when I drove the car, it had a shimmy. I brought it to an Audi repair shop and they immediately saw the tires were so worn that the steel threads were sticking out. As the shop stated, you were lucky the tires didn't blow out at a high speed! I really can't believe the shop at would have approved the inspection with tires like this. Obviously no concern for the safety of their customers....Buyer be ware! More
