Not truthful. I had to make three trips to and from Richmond VA. because of problems with the dealership and not having the car ready on time, sales person and assi I had to make three trips to and from Richmond VA. because of problems with the dealership and not having the car ready on time, sales person and assistant was disrespectful and did not send my refund, I was told that my registration tax and title was included in the price off the car but now I am being told that my registration and plates are being held at the DMV because I have to pay the taxes, also I was not told that the key remote did not work to lock the doors or turn off the alarm and the remote had to be reprogramed by the jaguar dealership. The worst to xxxx and back purchase experience. More
