We have built a business relationship with him; therefore, he was able to suggest a great car for me. In addition, the Finance Manager, Greg Miles was also very helpful. Now this is where the problem occurs. In all my life of dealing in business affairs, I've never witnessed an accounting department just literally drop the ball in a major way. I traded in my car, and it was supposed to be paid off. I printed off the payoff address in the dealership and it was attached with my paperwork. I kept receiving calls from loan company from the car I traded in requesting payment. I informed them that I traded in the car and a payoff should be received soon. Upon investigation, the Accounting department at this dealership, mailed the payment and it came back. Instead of following up, calling me or doing research they put the check in a fie and kept it moving to other files. In the meantime, my credit is getting a ding because its now 45 days past due payment. How does an accounting department not do its due diligence, how do you not finish a transaction until its complete? I'm sure they could care less about my credit and how their negligence has caused me now to do extra work to dispute this on my credit report. If it wasn't for me calling and staying on top of this, I'm not sure if they would have ever went back and taken care of my payoff. This was irritating because I got a great deal, great customer service and the business office ruined it. More

2014 Nissan Altima Auto Purchase I drove over four hours to purchase a car from Atlanta Used Cars, Marietta. I had searched the area and the car I was looking for was more expensive I drove over four hours to purchase a car from Atlanta Used Cars, Marietta. I had searched the area and the car I was looking for was more expensive and had three and four times the miles on them compared to the car I purchased. The salesman Abdul was great. I really enjoyed working with him. There was no salesman sales pressure. He really did not bother us until we were ready to talk business. It was a quick transaction because I knew what I was looking for and I went to get it. The only negative thing I have to say about the company is they charge you $399.00 for some theft insurance that you cannot opt out of and $699.00 for company paperwork or something like that. I know it is just their way of getting some of their profit margin back by selling the cars at such a cheap price. I have insurance and if the car I purchase is stolen, that is between me and my insurance company. I read some of the negative reviews about the company but I do not have anything to say except for the afore mentioned. I would do business with them again. One thing to remember is when you are buying a used car, you are really buying at your own risk. I was willing to roll the dice on a 2014 Nissan Altima with only 20,900 miles. I have had real good experiences with Nissan in the past so I could not pass this up even if it was a four hour drive from my house. Thanks for the low pressure sales tactics AUC. I really do not want to bomb rushed when I drive onto a parking lot anyway. Abdul was expecting me so it was not a big deal. I was treated with professionalism and courteous service. Thanks AUC.
