If it had not been for his dedication, I probably would not have known my van was still available or risked the 2.5 hour drive to the dealership without knowing. He and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only regret is not asking for them to cover the cost of cutting and programming the keys that were missing. Luckily, it was relatively inexpensive. More
