Customer NO-SERVICE after the sale Purchased a used auto in late January 2017. When I went to go pick up the vehicle a few days later, the driver side front door hinge was damaged. The dealer gave me an "OWE" form stating that they were ordering the part and would fix it as soon as the part came in. Six weeks later, several phone calls and 10 emails later, I still have a door that is not repaired. The salesman, Hakim Shabazz, does not follow up on my calls or emails to insure that I have been taken care of. Do not EVER buy a car here as once they have your money, you and your relationship are forgotten. Do not expect to be treated with courtesy or respect! I repeat, do not EVER buy a care here. More

Kahn still treated us like we were buying a high priced car. He patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. He even asked us to take the car to lunch to think it over. We came back two days later and purchased. Ended up using their financing department which got us approved at a very decent rate, even with challenged credit, low money down and right at the payments I wanted. No need to haggle price or conditions, which was pleasantly surprising. We were encouraged to take the car to our mechanic to check it out, where he found a previous fix that had been overlooked, but Kahn quickly worked it out with management who compensated us for it and we are happy with our purchase. Bought a car and no registration We bought a car October 2016. It is February 14, 2017 and we still haven't received our registration papers. We have called, emailed, gone to the deal We bought a car October 2016. It is February 14, 2017 and we still haven't received our registration papers. We have called, emailed, gone to the dealership and still no registration papers. They seem to only be interested in the sale. After the sale they don't answer the phone, answer emails, follow up on visits. This is clearly the wrong way to do business. We are following up with BBB and more. Stay away. Apparently, the person in charge of filing the registration is totally incompetent and this is OK with the dealership. Very sad experience. More
