By the time we got to the dealership, someone was test driving it. Derrick Peeler was extremely helpful and when the people who test drove it moved on, he drew up our paperwork in a flash. We left while the car was being detailed and when we returned it looked brand new. All in all, a great experience - quick and easy. I would definitely recommend them and purchase from them again. I spoke to Greg Miles by phone before I left home, and for a small deposit, he pulled the car off the listings until I could get there to see it that evening. The car was in perfect condition, exactly as advertised, and the entire process took less than any car purchase I've ever made. There was no pressure, and I was given a very fair trade-in for my car. 20 minutes into my trip home, I realized I left my iPad in my trade-in. I called to ask them to hold it until I could drive back to the dealership, and they offered to FedEx it to me free of charge. Well worth my 2-hour drive to purchase a vehicle! More

They answered all my questions and made sure I understood the process completely. My car was perfectly detailed..and the paperwork process took no more than 45 min. I would recommend everyone to go visit these gentlemen for a GREAT DEAL and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. My only qualm, is that I had to fill my gas tank up upon leaving the dealership. I did receive a $5 dollar gas card but it was no where near enough. Make sure your tank is full and you will have a great experience! 5 stars across the board! Thanks guys! More

My sales guy, Russell, took the time to explain to me exactly what I needed to look for when buying a used car before I test drove the car (black mazda3). I loved the car and so I went ahead and got it.. The next day my check engine light comes on. I took the car to AutoZone and found out the gas cap was broken. Easy fix. Three days later, the check engine light comes on again. I took it back to the shop and turns out there was a hole in my gas hose. They fixed it free of charge and I went on my way. After an oil change the car was like new. Unfortunately, I got in a car accident not too long after that in the car, and it might be totaled. If it isn't I'd have no problem going back to see Russell and get a new car. More

I asked the rep why they had so many negative comments, and his response was "We can't control how people feel." I figured that was a slick way to push aside the questions, so I proceeded to ask about the car I wanted. After about 5 minutes waiting for his response, he says he no longer has the car but that they have an older model Z06 on their website. I asked why the car was still listed as available in so many sites including theirs and he said, "It looks like the sales manager or who ever is in charge of listing cars online fell asleep on the wheel." Again, he didn't apologize or take responsibility for anything. It seems everyone else is at fault except them. In fact, it appears he doesn't even know who places the advertisement online. If this is the kind of service they provide online, imagine how it must be actually showing up to the dealership and buying a car. Those 5 star ratings now look too suspicious to me and the ones with 1-2 stars seem to appear even more legitimate. I wouldn't buy a car from these people even if they had the last car on earth! More

My price was in range for the car I bought, I pick it up as they were closing made it 10 miles and parts brake and somehow I can't get in touch with anyone. I live 2hrs from dealership, they are closed, next day I get the sold as is stuff from the manager. Each day since a week and counting the car is falling apart, ecu, power steering, traction control, Windows, missing antenna, windshield wipers. All there cars are auctioned cars, they look good but really suck so stay away. Plus I got a speech about how their sales profit ranges from 500 a car to 550.( really idiot ) they had 3 100k cars in their showroom as display vehicles and you try and sale me this carp. They suck, worst e co experience ever from sales team and management is pies poor. More
