Lack of follow thru with thier word Received a message from Abdul that the manager wanted to earn our business and gave us a good price on the vehicle we were looking at. We accepted, and told him that we were at our son's KSU football game and would be there afterward with check in hand. After the game we texted him that we were going to grab a quick bite to eat and were right around the corner. He responded that they had already sold the car. Exceptional customer service and Flawless transaction!!! My husband and I have been frantically looking for a car for our daughter for a few months now. We fell upon this 2013 Volvo S60 for 12,999 with only 38,000 miles on it and felt like it was probably to good to be true. I decided to call Atlanta Used Cars and Greg Miles is who answered my call and man am I glad he did!! He assured me that the car was there and that he had the keys on his desk waiting for us. We decided to make the hour drive and when we arrived we instantly impressed with the car lot. All the vehicles are extremely nice and all price ranges. Outstanding customer service and great price! I wanted a specific car (BMW 335is convertible) and Atlanta Used Cars had one in just the right color for me. The price was well worth the 950 mile round trip but getting to Atlanta during their business hours would be a challenge. Derrick Peeler worked with me by phone to try and arrange for me to come make the purchase/trade. Compared to any other dealer I had spoken to during my search Derrick was by far the most professional and was willing to do whatever it took to make it work. The decision was easy because the car was in outstanding condition and priced incredibly well. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase, trade-in value and most of all with Derrick's customer service and efficiency. He was willing to stay late to accommodate my long trip getting there. BAD EXPERIENCE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Bought a Lexus GS300 here a month ago and traded in my BMW. When I do try to contact them, they would put me on hold for at least 30 minutes before giving some excuse or just plainly hung up on me. Don't buy from these dealers unless you are paying cash or not trading in. More
