Horrible experience. They sold a car right out from under me and made no attempt to help resolve the situation. I was onsite the day before and the car was not available They sold a car right out from under me and made no attempt to help resolve the situation. I was onsite the day before and the car was not available they told me to come back the next day. By the time I got there 1 hour later they informed me someone had taken the car for a test drive and was buying the car. Before they finally came clean the car was spoken for they wanted a $500 non refundable deposit. Shady as heck. Customer experience was terrible. More

Do NOT purchase a vehicle from this place. AJ is very inexperienced with online purchases. He is VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I have NEVER experienced anything like this before. I was on phone with AJ AJ is very inexperienced with online purchases. He is VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I have NEVER experienced anything like this before. I was on phone with AJ many times and kept acting like the customers there at the dealership is more important than speaking to me on the phone. Obviously, he is not experienced. I have done an online vehicle purchase more than once. The advertisement price mentioned says it includes the EV tax credit just alure buyers. There are many guidelines IRS has in order to qualify the customer and the vehicle. AJ argued with me that it was included, but couldn't show proof. I would advise NOT to purchase from this dealership whether you go in there or online purchase. VEEY UNPROFESSIONAL!! More
