Just to be clear, I’d give this place zero stars if I could and could write a book about how shady and deceitful this car lot is. Long story short, I found a 2019 Camry online. Spoke with someone, proceeded with financing and everything was approved. Everything should have been good to go when we got there. I knew the car had a rebuilt title beforehand. I was told the car was in a “flood area” and was in 12 inches of water and that it never touched the bottom of the car. I was also told there were no scratches, rust or dents.The car was in immaculate condition, supposedly. (I have all of this in text messages) I drove 3 hours to get there the next day to finalize everything. Get there, first thing I notice is a big scratch about 18 inches long on the passenger side. Got in the car and and smelt like moisture. A very strong smell. Test drove it and got back and checked under the hood.. RUST. Everything was rusty! Under the hood had water stains. Checked the trunk and everything looked good but the smell was stronger. Looked under the spare tire and IT WAS ALL MOLD. SOOO MUCH MOLD. We expressed our concerns, nobody gave a crap. Khalid (salesman) and the guy in finance (maybe, he never specified what his job title was-older guy, flashy gold jewelry, maybe even some gold teeth- his name was Al Lakhany) kept giving the run around on everything from the car to the financing etc. Al was straight up full of crap from the get go if I’m being honest. Don’t deal with him. Back to the mold- it was heavy, the carpet was basically floating and the smell was intense. I can’t fathom the thought of them selling this to someone that has asthma or even a child that rode in the vehicle daily. The health concerns alone are enough to shut the place down. My advice, RUN AWAY. Do not even waste your time. They tell you what you want to hear and are exactly the kind of car lot that everyone warns you about. I also asked for the General Managers name and contact info and it was NEVER given to me. That should tell you all you need to know about these people. Vin number on the vehicle is 4T1B11HK5KU227029 - 2019 Silver Camry SE with 49,549 miles. Unless you want you and your loved ones to breath pure mold, I wouldn’t buy this vehicle. Any cars that have been in a “flood area” check under the spare tire for mold. This all took place on 11/5/21 and 11/6/21 Is More

We decided to drive 2 hours because the car was a great deal. We knew that it had a salvage title, so no surprises there. Overall, the experience was alright. Albert was a nice salesman. After test driving, we had multiple concerns (glass in the trunk, a noise from the tires, and a few other things). We told them, but they only addressed them after we asked multiple times. We waited in the office for about 6 hours total, and over 2 of those were just waiting to be approved for financing (even though our score is excellent). Definitely don't trade in a car with them, they gave us a horrible appraisal. We live in SC so we asked multiple times if we would need to do anything in SC after the purchase, but they said no multiple times. Now almost a month later I found out we need to pay property tax before they send us the license plate (which we've been waiting for). It was just poor communication and we didn't feel well taken car of. We know we got a good deal on the car, so at least we're thankful for that. More
