Salesmen are great, finance department is not the best I had a Capital One pre-approval and I Could not get the car I wanted bc of their buyback cars. They tried to get me another car with a Capital One ap I had a Capital One pre-approval and I Could not get the car I wanted bc of their buyback cars. They tried to get me another car with a Capital One approval but didn't ask me for my Capital One reference # and tried to increase my down payment while telling me that Capital One wanted more down payment. I called Capital One and they said they may change the interest rate but the down payment comes from the dealer. I went to another dealership that day, and they used my Capital One reference # and I have the car I wanted. This dealership also have alot of Buy Back cars that have "LEMON" titles, so be careful when buying. My salesman Roger was GREAT!!!! More

Yesterday I went in to see a car that was posted on the Facebook market place. The price when I got to the dealer was different from the listing posted and was not honored. Then I was required to give a $2 Facebook market place. The price when I got to the dealer was different from the listing posted and was not honored. Then I was required to give a $250 deposit without me even purchasing the car to “hold it.” The sales man kept changing prices and then requesting more money. I was to give a $1200 “down payment” that when analyzing prices didn’t even go into the total price of the car. I then realized I did not want to do business with them. Now I’m being told the $250 is apparently non refundable which was never explained to me. I hope others do not commit the same mistake as me in trusting the “good reviews” and thinking Alex, the sales man, was disclosing full honesty. More

They took a large deposit - let me take the car - they applied everywhere for credit and because I am self employed and they would not allow me to use my last year's tax return which showed I was perfectly capable of covering a $4,000 loan - they handed the business to some cowboy lender that is now charging me 24.99% per year - Disgusting - that was after threatening to not refund my money if I did not agree with the rate. They then forget to sort out my registration - I had to apply for an extension on my temporary plate - still no plate arrived - I called and was told the Emissions had not been done - they said get the emissions done then take it to the Tag office and they will refund my expenses - did what they asked - went to the Tag office - the Emissions was not out of date and the tag was on its way - arrived the next day Sent receipt in for Emissions Test - NEVER RECEIVED ANY MONEY BACK UNTRUSTWORTHY - DISHONEST - UNORGANIZED - USELESS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS More
