Efficient and Professional I dread the car hunting experience every time. But when we went, we were able to browse without being hassled by a sales person. My husband and I lo I dread the car hunting experience every time. But when we went, we were able to browse without being hassled by a sales person. My husband and I looked at the cars including being able to look inside because they were all unlocked. When we had questions, my husband was able to get someone immediately to assist. Khan was amazing. He was friendly, patient and very accommodating. My husband was able to get his questions answered quickly. We looked at the car we wanted one day, was able to get the total cost and come in the next morning to purchase. The purchasing process didn’t take all day but just a few hours. They fixed the issues about the car that was concerning and we left very satisfied. We are very happy and we will be back. "Lacking Character and Integrity" I test drove the car on Wednesday and I told the salesman the following day that I was going to buy the car. I secured financing thru State Farm the next day. I told the salesman {Julio} that I was going to pickup the car up Friday. Also my agent talked to him{Julio} on the phone on told him she was drafting the check. I picked up the check from State Farm on Thursday morning. That afternoon Julio texted me said the vehicle was sold. He didn't call me he texted me around 4:30PM, I called Julio and I didn't reach him. I called the manager{Faz} and didn't reach him either. I called him again and made contact with Julio. He said, they sold the car to another customer after my agent and I told him we have the check in hand. I told him this was unfair and UNETHICAL. The salesman was very, green and appeared lost in the whole process. I believe this was VERY UNFAIR. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER. More

Our new insurance company said the vin shows it was wrecked before we had purchased the car. So I ask, HOW DO YOU HAVE A CLEAN CARFAX? The manager (FAAS?) basically said to bad, you should have had it inspected. He CLEARLY needs training in his position. I plan on posting this everywhere I can so you all know DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY LIE TO MAKE A SALE! Not only that but knew we were buying for our daughter and wanted a safe vehicle for her to drive.
