DO NOT FINANCE WITH THESE PEOPLE!! Found a great car at a great price. Salesman Bobby was very helpful. Once we were moved to financing it all went downhill. We were given several options with additional warranties included at a very high interest rate. I tried to look the options over but he kept pulling iPad away or moving to a new screen so I couldn’t actually view it. I told him I had been pre approved for a loan with my bank at a much lower interest rate to see if they could match or beat it. The rate they had offered was double what my bank offered, so for me it was a no brainer! He said, you can always refinance later. He would not even consider that we would use outside financing. I asked for a copy of my financing options to think over and how long the offer was good for. He stated they did not provide that, but that I could write them down. Then took the information away from us so we couldn’t. He then told us that we had to go see our salesman again for the numbers. Our salesman was with another client by this point. We waited a while and finally left. Incredibly disappointed. Really wanted the car but refuse to purchase from a company who acts this way. More

I called the dealer to see how they could assist her since my husband and I were both out of state with our son competing in a baseball tournament and they basically said "tough crap!" We had the vehicle towed to the Honda dealer since it was still under warranty and we found out that that a part was missing from when someone performed a repair. When my husband and I test drove the car, we noticed that the air conditioning was not cooling properly and as a part of us moving forward with the purchase, we wanted it repaired. Apparently the repair was not performed correctly. Four hundred dollars later, I was furious and frustrated! More

I purchased an airline ticket to fly down to get it. The following day this dealership called to inform me they had a “mixup” and had sold my vehicle to someone else. They broke their contract with me and all they could say was “we are refunding your deposit”. We have other vehicles similar to that one you could buy was their solution but none exactly like the color, options, mileage and year if the one I had a contract on. I’m furious!! There was no penalty to them and I’m out $$ for my plane ticket which they said they would “see what they could do” to help me once I sent them proof of the ticket. I did and they have done nothing!! Dishonest practices at this place if business. Steer away!! More

When we arrived at the dealership our future car was on the showroom floor where we could take our time and inspect it in cool air conditioning (it was 97 degrees outside). Julio was able to answer our questions and provide documentation to support critical information you must know when you buy a used car. We wanted no ambiguity and needed proof that we could rely on to make a solid purchasing decision. Once that was done we put a deposit on the car. Two days later we returned to purchase and pick up the car. Julio arranged to come in and meet us even though it was his day off. Our buying experience was calm, enjoyable and we ended up with a great car/value thanks to having a humble, honest and caring car consultant. More

Absolute best in customer satisfaction! Atlanta Best Used Cars should be called Atlanta's Best!. I am 53 years old, a Mechanical Engineer and this was the first time I have ever purchased a Atlanta Best Used Cars should be called Atlanta's Best!. I am 53 years old, a Mechanical Engineer and this was the first time I have ever purchased a used vehicle. I only state this to let you know I am very cautious and thorough even when I purchasing new vehicles. Khan went above and beyond to assure I found the right vehicle along with being the most patient and informative salesperson I ever had the pleasure of working with...period! With regards to the company, they are extremely focused on customer satisfaction which I can attest. I had an issue a couple days after buying the vehicle which normally would not be covered. The management team, and Khan, immediately assured me that it would be taken care of and they made arrangements with the Nissan Dealership. I will be purchasing future vehicles from Atlanta Best Used Cars from this point forward. I have already referred several neighbors. A big thank you to Atlanta Best Used Cars! More

They claim it is some internal delay and never tell you what the problem is. Then they claim you need to give them more money to get your tag processed. I will be filing a complaint with the Georgia Dept Of Law Consumer protection Division. More
