Test driving was easy, working with Finance was not high pressure but straightforward and a few small concessions (such as honoring my TrueCar price, price reduction for a tank of gas, for a wheel lock key not provided, and ordering a missing part for the vehicle) made the process pleasant. Taking the car for a pre-purchase inspection was also easy. My only hold out will be to see if the newer car we purchased is in fact in the good shape it appeared to be (recognizing it is sold as is). But will definitely consider visiting again for our next car and recommending others. Khan was professional, responsive, and communicative. More

Deceptive, money monger, unamerican I am a disabled veteran, and found this dealer via the USAA buying service. The car was for my son, so my family and I planned a 2 hour trip after spe I am a disabled veteran, and found this dealer via the USAA buying service. The car was for my son, so my family and I planned a 2 hour trip after speaking to one of the salesman, and confirming our intentions of checking out several vehicles they showed on their web site, as well as bringing in an older Explorer to trade. After arriving we selected a vehicle, proceeded to get our 2006 Explorer appraised. The salesman then told us that they won't even take our vehicle on trade, and that his manager told him that he feared for his life during the test drive. I know this was not true because we just drove 2 hours to see him in the vehicle without issue (and home again). One of the conditions of USAA is that we trade that vehicle, we had a small balance which could have easily been rolled over to the new loan, and still been within USAA's loan perimeters. The dealer was insistent that my trade was NOT WORTH 1 penny to them, so our hands were tied, in order to get the new vehicle, we had to trade our vehicle, and the dealer wanted it for free. The salesman had the nerve to thank me for my service before we left...disgusted I might add...this is no way to treat a military veteran who fought so that this dealer can even exist! POOR WAY OF CONDUCTING IT'S AFFAIRS AND SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE USAA BUYING SERVICE. More
