Fraudulent that wont return a call! So I purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder S with only 95k from you guys with an extended warranty although the price of it was cheaper than some of your So I purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder S with only 95k from you guys with an extended warranty although the price of it was cheaper than some of your older Nissan Pathfinder models so I just chalked it up to it's the end the of the year , it has higher miles and we have a deal (with warranty)!!! Little did I know , 2 weeks later in that same cold December I notice some blue smoke on startup to warm up vehicle, I chalk it up to cold start in the Winter. 1 week later , check engine light comes on along with engine rattling at idle, take to repair shop (Brickyard Auto -Locust Grove Ga) and they inform me I purchased a possible fleet vehicle with neglected oil changes and I have oil sludge build up! ( This from the technician who was employed by the rental car agency prior and willing to go on record along with vouching no way to know this on a cold start test drive in December)... Recommended by Tech to do engine flush but no guarantees... Long story short, spent nearly $600 in engine oil changes/flushes just to have the vehicle stall on my wife while turning in to her job almost rear ending another vehicle (April 29, 2019)! Had vehicle towed to Chronic Nissan Griffin and they state that according to my compression tests I should be at 180/lbs and I'm currently at 80lbs on certain cylinders which basically means the back of my engine is dead , I need a new engine($10k) and that's on top of the $600 bucks I already owe for diagnostics/tow/labor!!!... Even worst no manager will return my call! Stay away from these crooks!!! Capital one should stop financing from these crooks! More

There was a delay in the wire transfer of my funds (because of my own error NOT the dealers error) and I had to extend my stay in Atlanta overnight. The staff handled the situation with courtesy and class and the salesman I was working with, Kevin, even gave me a ride from the dealership to my hotel (and picked me up the next day) in his personal vehicle! It was really a pleasure doing business with these people. AND I got a great deal on the car. You’re in good hands with this business. More

They were transparent with me about all the details of the history of my car and helped me understand the whole process. The manager remembered me from a year and a half ago and appreciated my return business. They were flexible with me and allowed me to get the car checked by and independent shop of my choosing. I’m ecstatic to take home this beautiful Toyota that’s essentially a new car at a used car price. More

Horrible Experience Engine went out 6-months after buying They sell bad cars and will not take responsibility for actions. Even from out of state. They found a water leak in the sunroof before i arrived. They could have sent me off without telling me about it, like some other dealerships, but they wanted it fixed before i took possession of the vehicle. They went far above and beyond for me. Khan was a doll! We ended spending an extra day there waiting for the fix. They even paid for my hotel! Awesome customer service. LOVE LOVE LOVE!! More
Terrible experience I am giving them one star because there is no option of no stars. We went to this dealership on Saturday morning for a Nissan Rogue. On the Carfax rep I am giving them one star because there is no option of no stars. We went to this dealership on Saturday morning for a Nissan Rogue. On the Carfax report there was damage reported with no accident. The salesman said this happened in the parking lot as they have hundreds of cars and somebody might’ve hit it. He also said that the damage was fixed at a Nissan dealership. I also noticed that the gas tank was almost empty which he said will be taken care of before I leave. After we signed everything I opened the trunk to put it my stuff from the old car when I noticed that the trunk’s door was broken from the inside. I don’t know how I didn’t notice that but in the end the salesman claimed that he didn’t know about it and that he can’t help me with that. When I asked him what exactly was fixed at Nissan he said he didn’t know. After that we knew we were not getting anywhere so we had to leave. When I was driving I noticed that the gas tank was only a quarter full. To add to all that when I went back home and I removed the dealership sticker wrapped around the keys one of them was broken. The sticker was holding it together. We had plans to come back next week to shop for a Versa or an Altima for my mother but after all that we will never set foot in this place again. More
