Deceptive, money monger, unamerican I am a disabled veteran, and found this dealer via the USAA buying service. The car was for my son, so my family and I planned a 2 hour trip after spe I am a disabled veteran, and found this dealer via the USAA buying service. The car was for my son, so my family and I planned a 2 hour trip after speaking to one of the salesman, and confirming our intentions of checking out several vehicles they showed on their web site, as well as bringing in an older Explorer to trade. After arriving we selected a vehicle, proceeded to get our 2006 Explorer appraised. The salesman then told us that they won't even take our vehicle on trade, and that his manager told him that he feared for his life during the test drive. I know this was not true because we just drove 2 hours to see him in the vehicle without issue (and home again). One of the conditions of USAA is that we trade that vehicle, we had a small balance which could have easily been rolled over to the new loan, and still been within USAA's loan perimeters. The dealer was insistent that my trade was NOT WORTH 1 penny to them, so our hands were tied, in order to get the new vehicle, we had to trade our vehicle, and the dealer wanted it for free. The salesman had the nerve to thank me for my service before we left...disgusted I might add...this is no way to treat a military veteran who fought so that this dealer can even exist! POOR WAY OF CONDUCTING IT'S AFFAIRS AND SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE USAA BUYING SERVICE. More

Al is the man!!! My car of 14 years went out on me so it was time to look for a new one. When I arrived at the dealership I met the most amazing salesman ever! Al answers all of your questions and makes you feel like you are his one and only customer. The customer service that Al gives is the best I have experienced. He would give me updates on my financing and paperwork. He would answer my phone calls by name and made me feel like VIP! I was so impressed with his attentiveness that I told him that I would name my next kid “Al”. He made the car buying process so easy and smooth that I actually enjoyed it. He even called to make sure I made it home safely after my six hour ride home.
