Initially we discovered some unibody damage on a carfax report and they allowed us to take it to an auto body shop to get an opinion (which turned out to be no big deal). My wife had the kids at a park and one of them locked the doors and key-inside. I called them. They came. We had loads of questions and overall, they were patient. And we ended up with a vehicle for a way better price and far fewer miles than we imagined! Win! UPDATE (3 days later): At the time of the transaction, they handed me the SD card which is required for the navigation to work. We put it in and the salesman noted that it probably would take some time or that I could go to a local Nissan dealership to update it for free. NOPE! Over promised here. During the next 3 days I contacted Atlanta's Best Used cars each day. Finally someone returned with a text and said this: "I did my best to provide you the highest level of respect and customer service while you were in . . . " I have no qualm against the salesman, Khan, and I recommend him to you if you're reading this . . . but the policy of the company and the total lack of returning my calls from Mr. FAZ, the manager. I spoke to his assistant, and she said Mr. Faz would return my call promptly the next day. This happened twice! NO call back. I'm hoping they can make it right, and I will change this review to a 5-star. More

Unfair and misleading business practices I paid a non- refundable deposit on a vehicle in good faith on the word of the sales person (Louis Enrique) who spoke with a service technition teleph I paid a non- refundable deposit on a vehicle in good faith on the word of the sales person (Louis Enrique) who spoke with a service technition telephonically during a test drive with an indicator light could be reset and the vehicle would be ready the following day. As it turned out the vehicle was now mechanically sound requiring parts and a 3 day repair . I feel I was mislead and treated unfairly as the dealership refuses to refund a good faith deposit on a vehicle that was found to be unsafe and not mechanicall sound for sale. After spending an entire day waiting for word the vehicle was ready, I phone and spoke with the salesperson and express my displeasure, unbeknownst to me, a “sales manager” was listening and interupted the conversation to defend their practices. I found this to be decietful. And they pride themselves as a USAA prefered vendor, this veteran will not be purching there. Shame on them. Discraceful. More
