This dealer also offers "free gas" if you write a 5 star review, so think about that and how many "fake" reviews it's generated. This is one of the worst dealerships I've attempted to do business with. If you're thinking that "my experience will be different", think again and look at all of the feedback on yelp and google...it's absolutely horrible. Cons - - Low-ball offers - You cannot get anyone to call you back (I've been trying to buy a vehicle from them for 2-3 weeks, but they rarely call back after "speaking with a manager" - Extremely unprofessional (attitude on the phone, and again, lack of followup) - Feedback on yelp / google is riddled with lemon law cars, wrecked cars, etc. that people were stuck with after the purchase. pro's - I didn't buy a car from them. We purchased the car on 27 August and my wife took the car back the next Friday the 1st of September because they promised to fix a crack windshield, while she was there she ask one of the sales people to put a battery in the car remote he said yes and took the key remote apart while she was standing there, and he left to go get a battery. when he returned the remote was put back together as if he replaced the battery. When she came home the dash was still displaying low remote battery so I took the car and had the batter replaced. Once the battery was replaced and I started the car a message came on the screen that said 125 days overdue for service and check break pad wear. I called Ali the salesperson who sold us the car and of course he acted surprise and said he would talk to management and get back with me. I texted him and no reply. I called him and no reply. I am a retired veteran of 26 years in the Army and all I wanted was a little honesty and fairness. I would have never purchased this vehicle if I had known that it was due service and breaks. I should have known better when they would not honor the price of the car that was on car Guru's, they said that car Gurus did not update there website. The car was a thousand dollars less on car Gurus and they did not honor the lower price. More

He takes the time to call you back, even if he's busy. The entire sales team has an extra friendly demeanor that makes you feel taken care of.
