Over promises, under delivers. They also promise a full tank of gas for free if you give them a 5 star review, and then they only fill it up 3/4. They knew I was STUCK because they picked me up from Carmax where I sold my car. (Carmax promised me double what Atlanta Best Used Cars would give as a trade in). Once I had no leverage they went back on everything they promised me the day before! They told me they would detail it for free last night, then they came back and said "no, we can't have it detailed until you pay for it, but it will only take between 45 minutes and an hour". They left me sitting there for over 2 hours and the car didn't look ANY different. He said he would have them pin/glue back a part that was damaged in an accident, it wasn't done either! They said they would have the emissions tested and fill the car up with gas. Then they told me the emissions place was closed and they couldn't get it done. (there are 3 open emission places open within 2 miles!) Then he takes my phone and gives himself 5 stars and says "write me a really good review so that I can print it off, show it to my manager, and he will let you have the free tank of gas". That was my breaking point! I had buyers remorse before I ever left the lot. More

I met MOE right away when I walked in. He was smiling and introduced very nicely. Obviously, I waited a little long that I expected because that day was so busy. He recomended come back to visit on Monday but he gave me chance to test drive 2 cars before I left even he was so busy. I was really appreciate that. Then came back monday and I decided to buy car from him. He gave me good deal and he choose perfect car for me. He is honest and he did perfect job. Scammed with Sales Tax Purchased a BMW X1 in 2/2017. During price, neogiation was quoted an inflated sales tax number. The inflated number was used to calculate a final numb Purchased a BMW X1 in 2/2017. During price, neogiation was quoted an inflated sales tax number. The inflated number was used to calculate a final number. Who checks the sales tax calculation? I agreed on the final number. When I got the Bill of Sale, the sales tax was much less. The dealership got the difference and made more money. Check your Sales Tax calculation. It's my bad that I didn't, but I will never go back to this dealership. I was also charged a $600 dealer fee, that is not mentioned until price negotiations. More
