This was my 2nd time at their service department. The first time was good and this time was even better. Billy Sinclair is the best Service Advisor I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. I visited Atlanta Toyota for my first maintenance. Letty, my service advisor was great and everything went as expected. The service department at Atlanta Toyota is top notch. I’m in Atlanta temporarily for work and Atlanta Toyota made it less concerning that my “home” dealership is in Portland, OR. I also loved the positive comments on my 2026 RAV4 XLE Premium. Seems RAVs are less popular here. Storm (my RAV’s name) has several out-of-the-box upgrades with a 1” lift, All Terrain Tires and Black Rhino rims, and Thule roof rack. The tint in the back seat/cargo area is almost blackout. I can’t wait to take her camping in new to me areas. Atlanta Toyota and Letty made it all easy. More

Great service, but maybe don’t overload on appointments causing every service to be 3+ hours. At least provide loaners if that were the case; shuttles do not aid in much when that much time is taken out of causing every service to be 3+ hours.
