I want to thank the Service Department and especially Fabian Herrera for the service they gave my Wife and I when we brought our 2007 Toyota 4-Runner when it started acting up on the way home from work. Fabian Herrera for the service they gave my Wife and I when we brought our 2007 Toyota 4-Runner when it started acting up on the way home from work. We were on our way home when the truck started running rough - Fabian took care of us and explained that they would not be able to run diagnostics on he truck until Saturday, but promised to give us a call immediately when they found out what was wrong. Fabian true to his word called before 8AM to tell us that the Truck was in bad shape and would need a new engine. I told him that we would thing about it and he allowed us to think about it over the weekend. We decided to get rid of the Truck and Atlanta Toyota allowed us to leave the car onsite until we could arrange a tow, As I stated - Everyone at the Dealership I dealt with was First Rate, Professional and I would recommend them whole heartedly Thanks Atlanta Toyota - even though it was bad news - Thank You for understanding and allowing us time to make proper arrangements to have our Truck moved - Art Connolly More
