Worst experience ever! We purchased a 2024 Highlander 2 weeks ago. Our salesman, Joseph Watkins, lied to us about features that were included on the car. When we were finis We purchased a 2024 Highlander 2 weeks ago. Our salesman, Joseph Watkins, lied to us about features that were included on the car. When we were finishing the walkthrough and purchase of the car, we asked about the lighting package that we specifically requested and Joseph said was included on the car. Joseph assured us that it was on the car but said that because of the sunlight, it would t show up until nighttime. After taking the vehicle home, it is not on the vehicle. We contacted Joseph and he said he would straighten it out. Terry from customer service was supposed to call. After many messages, he will not return calls. The sales manager and general manager will also not return calls. We have contacted and started a claim on misrepresentation of the vehicle and they will still not contact us, stating that the conversation with Joseph never happened and that it’s too late since we have purchased the vehicle. Absolute terrible customer service once you purchase your vehicle. Avoid Atlanta Toyota. They don’t care about their customers! We are regretting purchasing our new vehicle from Atlanta Toyota. More
