Top Notch Assistance My wife and I were just looking to have an idea of new truck. We went to a Ford Dealership not far from Atlanta, Duluth Toyota, we met a salesperson My wife and I were just looking to have an idea of new truck. We went to a Ford Dealership not far from Atlanta, Duluth Toyota, we met a salesperson and we told him upfront that we are not looking to buy today just looking around. He showed us a used 2018 Ford XLT and we even test drive it, the guy started to pitch us. We told him that we are going to check out Toyota as well because i liked F-150 but my wife wants Toyota, He got extremely upset saying that we wasted his time. I made sure that I remind him of what we said when we first get there that we are not buying. Then we went to Atlanta, Duluth Toyota. We were greeting by Mr. Winston Murray. We made sure that he was totally aware that we are not prepared buying today. With a positive attitude and approach, Winston took his time to shows us vehicles and offered us to test drive the one we liked, the 2019 Toyota Tundra SR5. We applied for a new car loan , few minutes later . Mr.Tony Blankson ,the Finance Director was very courteous and flexible to assist us with the financing processus. After sealing the deal, we left the dealership with the car as very happy client without spending a dime(0% financing from Tony Magic Pen). Overall, , Kudos to our wonderful salesperson, Winston. we ended up buying our new truck unexpectably because of Mr. Murray’s top Notch Sales and customer service skills. not only HE WAS not pushy at all, but was a good listener, very patient and was able to understood our needs. He was rude and extremely pushy about trying to get us to sign a loan for a higher interest rate than the rate that I had been approved for through another institution. We ended up asking for someone else to complete our purchase process. The good customer service rating that I gave was specifically for the sales person, Winston....not for the financial rep Micheal O. Michael O customer service was extremely poor. Thanks to the other staff that stepped in to complete our process. More
