Their after-sale customer service isn’t good. I bought a 4runner from Atlanta Toyota. However, after I took delivery of the vehicle late at night and I didn’t notice that it was missing a floor I bought a 4runner from Atlanta Toyota. However, after I took delivery of the vehicle late at night and I didn’t notice that it was missing a floor mat which it was in the truck when I test drove the vehicle. I contacted the sales representative, Alex Portes who sold me the car, but he’s response after weeks was “not all cars come with the floor mat”. Again, remind you, it was there in the trunk and I’m guessing it was left out or misplaced while car was being cleaned. I also tried to reach the general manager, Omar Rahman but I did not receive any reply either. I feel that I have been treated unfairly and that this dealership does not honor their commitment to provide with a quality product and even good service after completing the sale. I am very disappointed with the way the issue was handled. More

Just bought a car from Atlanta Toyota about a month again & could not be happier with my new to me car & my experience at the dealership & with Winston Murry, the salesman who helped me. My car search was ov & could not be happier with my new to me car & my experience at the dealership & with Winston Murry, the salesman who helped me. My car search was over 2 months & I visited more dealership’s than I can count. Due to being a young female & newly college graduate, this dealership & Winston were the first ones who took me serious in my search for a new car. On my first visit to Atlanta Toyota, Winston pulled a showroom electric car out for me to test drive because I told him I had just discovered that model existed but had not seen one in person yet & he made sure I had the opportunity to get a thorough understanding of the model. Due to my insane work schedule preventing me to spend more time on the lot, when I noticed a car I was interested in on Atlanta Toyota’s website, I provided Winston with the vehicle stock # & within the hour he sent me a video of a full vehicle walk through & all of its features. I immediately schedule a test drive for when I was back in town to check out the car in person. Winston had the car ready to go for me & my dad on test drive day & allowed us ample time to check it out and I never once felt pressured, or disrespected by Winston. He was so willing to help from the moment I met him on the lot & made sure to let me know that he was there to help me with anything he could during the car buying process. The car he sent me a video of was the car of my dreams & I was lucky enough to buy it! Winston even gave me some discounts on the add-ons because I requested for him to be my point of contact at Atlanta Toyota through the whole process. One of the add-ons I got was a second key fob. Winston informed me that the full package key fob was on back order but he provided me with a temporary key fob & said he would let me know when they received more full package fobs. Two weeks passed & while I was out of town for work Winston calls to let me know the full package key fob is in. He made it effortlessly easy for me to send my dad to do the fob swap & pairing with my car. When I got back in town my dad informed me that Winston knew he had driven over an hour to get to Atlanta Toyota & did a complimentary gas top off to fill my car up. Winston was a breathe of fresh air during the entire process. Can not say enough good things about the man & my experience with him in the car search. I know I will have my new to me car for easily the next 15+ years but will be recommending everyone I know who is looking for a car to come to Atlanta Toyota & to request Winston as their salesman because there truly is no one better than Winston Murry. More
