y first 5 visits for service were great with Steve Cummings as my service rep. Before the 30000 mile service I asked what would be done,how much and how long would it take. Steve gave me a sheet that detailed everything. when I attempted to make that 30000 mile service I was told Steve was gone. I emailed Service manager and asked if I could break the service into 2 visits since it would take 3to5 hrs and I sleep during the day.He responded he forwarded it to Lane Mgr. 3 weeks go by with no response. I emailed again and he said there was confusion on their end and someone would respond. They did so by making a appointment for that same day 1 hr later while I was asleep. I emailed again and again same thing happened. 3rd try and Lane Mgr responded with what I wanted buy had deleted several of the 30000 mile recommend procedures and also increased the price. I decided to have it done elsewhere. over the next 4 months I bought Bullbar, chrome running tubes and bed cover for my truck from other dealer. Atlanta Toyota lost out on $2000 plus the 30000 mile service fee. Later I needed new tires and called around checking deals. 2 other dealers could order my tires BF Goodrich for the next day but the young man I spoke to at Atlanta Toyota told me they don't carry BF Goodrich. I explained Michelin makes BF Goodrich and u carry Michelin so u can order them as other dealers stated but he said no he couldn't and to go to other dealers. $900 lost. I cant speak for Sales but the service dept from top to service reps lacks customer service skills. Try elsewhere to save yourself headaches. More
I had a great experience at Atlanta Toyota, this was my first time buying a car, and this process was new to me. Ed Holt was great, he took the time to answer all of my questions so that I was able to und first time buying a car, and this process was new to me. Ed Holt was great, he took the time to answer all of my questions so that I was able to understand the process completely. During the test drive I could tell that the car was as good as he said it was so I bought it, and have had no problems with it. Also there was a very nice young man that helped with fiance part, he was very helpful also, sorry but I cannot remember his name at the moment. I was dealing with Chris Miller via email. Every time I called he was busy or unavailable. This turned out to be a good thing considering the people under him know more about the llfe time warranty and pri called he was busy or unavailable. I called and spoke to someone under him who gave me pricing. Chris then found the time to email me back telling me he couldnt honor the price told to me. He also told me it would be easier if I just dealt with him then talking to everyone else. Well if he was available and didnt have his head up his you know what I would have. I ended up calling him and he was telling me he couldnt honor the price. I told him he should and he knew I was military. That when he said the following with my wife listening in "I'm sorry my guys are some military robot that just listen to what I say and do it". At that point I hung up on him and he tried a weak attempt of emailing me playing like we got disconnected. I went away for a year for this country and I won't have someone disrespect me or my buddies that go afar. This guy shouldnt be in a leadership role nor should he make negative comments about those that serve. I addressed this issue with Brian Mayfield the GM. He was respectful and a prior military man, however its a shame he has someone so incompetent that is so disrespectful to those that serve. More
I came to Atlanta Toyota for an oil change and left with a brand new car! Andrew Morris is a great employee and he made me feel comfortable and he listened to me. Thanks for making the car buying experience easy. I looked at serveral other dealerships, including another Toyota dealership, and this one stood out. Not high pressure, direct & honest sales, and willing to work with you over email and phone. They gave me their best price without a bunch of crazy haggling. I drove 20 miles to do business with them rather than another Toyota dealership that was 2 miles from my home. This is how car buying should be. Nice job! More
I came to Atlanta Toyota this month after recently purchasing a Camry from one of their competitors. I had gotten such bad service from the other dealership that I was desperate. I was introduced to B purchasing a Camry from one of their competitors. I had gotten such bad service from the other dealership that I was desperate. I was introduced to Bryan Mayfield, who without hesitation went right to work addressing my problems, even though I had never spent one dime at Atlanta Toyota. Bryan introduced me personally to every department whose services I needed. Within 2 days, Bryan had everything corrected with my Camry that I had been trying to address at the other dealership for the past month. I have been driving 35 miles to service my Lexus and 2 Camrys, because of the excellent service I have received the past 8 years from my maintenance crew in Marietta. I am so blessed to have found a new team in Duluth at Atlanta Toyota where I will go for all of my service and sales needs. Thank you Bryan Mayfield and Atlanta Toyota. DocKnight More
