I had been to Atlantic Chevrolet several times over the summer for an ongoing service issue with my Saturn VUE Hybrid. I never once felt that he (or Tim, who became my 'designated service technician') was giving the ongoing problems any less than 100% of their effort. Dennis continuously went way above and beyond the norm to help me get back on the road. He treated me, not like another customer, but like a friend. When I finally decided to move on to another car (probably months later than I should have), Dennis again took great care of me, by introducing me to Robert Imber in sales. My nervousness in purchasing a new Chevy Equinox was quickly relieved; Robert made me incredibly comfortable, answered my many questions, and took great care of me. Again, I didn't feel like 'just another customer', and Robert was not 'just another salesman trying to make a sale'. Robert took great care in answering any of my concerns. The sales process was incredibly smooth, and I was behind the wheel of my new vehicle in no time. Thank you Dennis (and Tim) and Robert! More

I came in response to a Newsday advert for a $64/mo. lease deal on a 2012 Cruze LT1. I first dealt w/ Andrew Dole, who turned me over to salesperson, Ahmed Elfar. After a brief review of the car's features, my son (18-yrs old) and I went on a test drive w/ Ahmed. As it turned out, I was not qualified for the lease (my credit score was 10 points too low). We worked on several alternate deals, but I was not willing to take on the higher purchase payments and decided not to buy at this time. In any event, throughout the two day process, Ahmed could not have been more patient, helpful and professional. Since 2005, I have been involved in no less than 7 car leases/purchases, both new and used and my experience w/ Ahmed and Atlantic Chevrolet was one of if not THE best overall experience I have had. If the opportunity came up, I would not hesitate to recommend him and the dealership. In fact, I am going to take my 2003 Impala to their service dept. - about 25 miles out of my way - next time it needs work to see how they do. My partner and I were recommended to Atlantic Chevrolet based on a recommendation we received from a relative who has purchased a vehicle from Atlantic. We were immediately greeted when we entered the dealership. We first spoke wiht Jeff who handed us off to Michael. Michael is one of the most knowlegable inviduals I have ever met. We were there for quite a while and Michael was very patient and helpful through the entire process. Your entire team; from Will in Finance to the young men who prepped the car for us were so helpful and friendly. I have not had good experiences at other dealerships in the past; but this was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Hats off to Jeff, Michael and the rest of the team at Atlantic. When our lease on our new Equinox is up; we will be back to hopefully purchase our new vehicle. More

I purchased a used car from Atlantic Chevy/Used Cars recently and never thought I would be writing something like this. Two days after buying the car I noticed a residue in the coolant reservoir. I brought it in for service and they "flushed" the radiator for me. Not only didn't that work, but when I brought it to another repair shop they said it couldn't be "flushed" due to so much material clogging the radiator and replaced it. The radiator is fine now. I called the sales manager to complain and he said he would call me back. That was two months ago. Since then a leak developed due to a bad "freeze out plug". I have had that fixed. NOT at Atlantic. I can't help but wonder if the stuff in the radiator was there to seal and hide the freeze out plug leak. I have given up on Atlantic. I would not buy from them or any of their associated dealers. More
