This dealership does not stand behind their vehicles and treats customers horribly. My vehicle was brought in approximately 5 times for exactly the same issue and was never fixed. A Cadillac Escalade should treats customers horribly. My vehicle was brought in approximately 5 times for exactly the same issue and was never fixed. A Cadillac Escalade should not shift like garbage. I was told it had to get used to my driving habits. Maybe the truck is a slow learner because it's been almost 5 years and drives like crap. They never fixed the transmission problem and now tell me that it's not under warranty and I need to pay for it. After telling them that I shouldn't have to pay for them to fix a problem that they never fixed 5 times, their response was that I can trade it in for another truck. I wouldn't give them another dollar of my money. This dealership has the worst mechanics and horrible customer service. There's no doubt I was sold a lemon More
