Spoke with Khalil Mercado... treated me like I was is only customer... did Had an emergency that occurred at 8:30 am. Got to Duval Acura at 9:30 am. Spoke with Khalil Mercado... treated me like I was is only customer... did not try to up sell me.... talked me out of spending a lot of money for what I thought would be a prudent preventive maintenance to avoid a future problem. Over my adult life I have bought or leased a great many cars, some experiences with dealerships and salespersons better than others. Today I concluded one of the best car purchasing experiences primarily d cars, some experiences with dealerships and salespersons better than others. Today I concluded one of the best car purchasing experiences primarily due to my salesman Roger Slavens. Roger was very pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the two day process. Patiently he showed me several different cars, fully answered all of my questions and never once made me feel pressured. Even during the negotiation process, he objectively and respectfully considered my suggestions. Finally, when I took possession of my new Acura, he answered every question I had about the many features of the car. Management at Duval Acura should be very pleased with Roger's representation. I recommend him highly. More

Roger by far was the best sales person I have dealt with since I moved to Florida! Tim was just a joy to work with. We had just lost our much loved 2006 Lucerne, and he made us feel as though he really cared while showing us the 2013 Buick Lacrosse that was in like new condition. He answered all of our questions, allowed us ample time to test drive the Lacrosse, and patiently guided us through the paperwork process when we bought the car. He had everything ready for us when we returned to pick up the car, and was genuinely happy for us when he saw us on our way. We really enjoyed working with him. He is a great asset for Duval Acura.
