steven kovacs is the worst parts employee i have ever dealt with in my 30 years of dealing with vehicles. he never answers the phone, and when he does he orders the wrong parts, not sure what the parts m dealt with in my 30 years of dealing with vehicles. he never answers the phone, and when he does he orders the wrong parts, not sure what the parts manager is even thinking keeping him in that department. very lazy and no customer service skills what so ever, i will gladly call other parts places or deal with someone else. ive called 17 times and not once did he pick up. i drove all the way from riverside to acura (while the phone was ringing) to their parts counter and he didnt even say sorry. just said that he was the only one there and the manager was in a meeting or lunch, he could of put me on hold and got back to me or picked up and or said let me get your information and call you back. he is pushing customers away, which causes less money for thier department and other employees who rely on him to do his job to the fullest. very lazy and would not recommend steven kovacs at acura. there is another guy in there that is very helpful and knowledgable. here is the icing on the cake!, on top of all that...he ordered the wrong part More
have an Acura ZDX from Acura. They have a defect with their antenna shark fin caps coming off from rough wind or car washes. Doing my research this should be cover under bumper to bumper if this happens to your vehicle. I took my ZDX into service at Atlantic coast Acura and explained to them the situation and what I found online. The advisor said it is not covered and asked another advisor and the new advisor said yes this has happened many times before but it’s not covered. But again upon my research it said it is covered under warranty. They gave me a loaner because they also had to fix the car for a recall on it. I messaged them the next day asking what was the status of the repairs and they told me to get with Acura customer service for the fin. I did just that and they needed more information from the dealer. Not only did they stop responding to me I had to keep reaching out to them and it wasnt until 5 days later they reached back out to me without the request I asked for. They just told me my vehicle is almost done and I have to replace my fin cap. I told them I needed more information about that so I could give it to Acura customer service. They finally gave me what I needed after back and forth text. Now they were trying to charge me 500 dollars for something that is a known defect and should be covered under warranty. This is something that they should disclosed as I have found several discussions and chats on this similar issue. It seems they want the consumer to pay for something that they should disclose before we buy. The experience kept getting worse with their service. Even with going back and forth with American Honda. I just can’t believe the stress and hardship I went through for this. Just to turn around and nothing get resolved and had them threaten to call the cops if I didn’t return the loaner. After American Honda said I was fine in the loaner until the situation is resolved. But the service manager said they have no authority to do that. Like I explained earlier the service just kept getting worse. After I told them I can’t drive the car with the exposure of the antenna out. Then I get my car back it’s dirty nothing is clean and they didn’t even put it on the charger for me but they had my car for 3 weeks complimentary charges is what they advertised for this car. I can tell you this I have bought 5 different cars from Acura and this will be my very last. I can’t believe I went through something like this and I will continue to steer people away from Acura from this experience. More

Although they gave me a rental car which I partially paid for, it's the hustle of calling me to pick my car & making me drive there 3 separate times for a 6hrs round trip that was so unprofessional & inconvenient to me & below the 5 star service they advertise it was a 1 star service at the least. For all that time & money I wasted they only gave me 2 oil change complimentary in future so ridiculous. More

Car needed a new windshield....yes 🙄 a whole replacement. Well, we suggested the wipers also be replaced. Some kind of film was all over the windshield and couldn't be cleaned/removed. We experienced rain the prior evening and visibility was non-existent. We we're driving the vehicle back to SOUTH CAROLINA (6.5 hrs) and wanted to ensure our safety. Well, the wipers WEREN'T replaced and a bad storm occurred and it was a nightmare. Had to pull off the road, and attempt to clean the wipers. After Several attempts/communications, I was told they'd mail (overnight) me certified replacement blades. August 7th is when the conversation took place; the "wipers" arrived yesterday, August 13th. The most ridiculous part is it was just the rubber... no actual wiper. Thankfully, YouTube showed me how to replace them. They sent me 2 pieces of rubber stripping. Also, I have a lower headlight out, but they swear by their 100-point inspection... and most certainly add that cost to your total. Overall, I wanted to just give the car back and call it a wash; however, I really love the car. The experience has been subpar; it didn't help my thoughts on car dealerships/salesmen. I am fully aware it's a used car and the whole "as is" policy, but we're talking about a vehicle purchased 24 hours prior. I've emailed, called, texted, and am now taking it to the reviews/surveys to express my experience. I'm trying to enjoy the vehicle despite all the negative circumstances/feelings around it. More

Basically, Hector and I agreed to terms that once I was in the finance office changed. They tried to squeeze another $18 per month in the payment and I was told that I was going to get a four year 40,000 m in the finance office changed. They tried to squeeze another $18 per month in the payment and I was told that I was going to get a four year 40,000 mile lease and once I got the first bill the lease allotment was 7500 miles per year. I went back to the dealership to try to make it right and they refused to help me only wanted to sell me my car back with a new contract for $150 more per month after driving it for two weeks No one cared no one did anything absolutely terrible customer service I know something could have been done, but they just wouldn’t do it. The car is great. Hector is your typical car salesman. Shady AF More
