My first impression was made by a sales representative, whom was very courteous and helpful. I liked that he was not pushy in trying to sell us a 2012 honda accord sedan. After we decided we wanted the car, he assured us that we should be able to get it, but him and the manager first needed to discuss "numbers" and would call us back. I got a call the following day. The sales rep who had been assisting us advised me that my fiancé or I would need to come in to discuss figures which could not be done over the phone. So my pregnant fiancé stopped what she was doing that day to go to the dealership, which is 30 minutes away. Once she arrived, the sales rep met her at her car to inform her that money was not the issue keeping us from getting the car we wanted. It was simply that I had already cosigned on a car for a relative. He also lied to her saying that he tried contacting me to call her not to come being that was the reason we could not get the car. So it was all a waste of time, gas, and added frustration. They could have avoided all this confusion by having better communication with their customers. I have purchased 2 vehicles and sent my family members whom bought 2 vehicles the same day about 18 months ago. I have always purchased parts and accessories from this dealership. As for the in convince my fiance was put through and the lies said they have lost mine and my families' business. I have lost all my respect for this dealership. More

Being a young, single female trying to purchase a new car can be a terrifying and intimidating situation, especially when you're making such a substantial and important purchase! I had been on my search for some time, and other dealerships I had visited had left me feeling confused, frustrated, or disappointed. I hated the insincerity and fast, "in your face" sales attitude that kept approaching me! Luckily, I finally found the exact atmosphere everyone dreams of when buying a new car! I can do nothing but sing praises for the EXCELLENT SERVICE provided by the entire Staff at Duval Honda. From my initial entry, I was greeted with warm smiles and knowledgable representatives. Every question I had was answered and explained in a way that I could understand and relate to. Before entering, I had anticipated a feeling of anxiety and tension with making this purchase, however that quickly went away. I never felt pressured, rushed, or uncomfortable. I cannot express my satisfaction with the amazing service provided, my new vehicle, and the entire purchasing process. Their Customer Service is unmatched, their prices are fair, and their product is the definition quality! I strongly urge anyone that wants a sincere and enjoyable experience to start at Duval Honda! While looking for a Ridgeline Sport, I called ahead to find out if this dealership had the specific model I was looking for. After being put on hold while they checked, we were told they had one on the lo find out if this dealership had the specific model I was looking for. After driving 2o miles, I was forced to listen to their pitch and answer all their questions before they could confirm or deny whether they had the vehicle. Guess what? No Ridgeline Sport on the lot. They were happy to get one for me 'if we could made a deal'. I found Brittney (answered the phone and confirmed vehicle on lot)both deceptive and misleading. While speaking with Clausen (President), upon arriving and storming out of the dealership (and his followup phone calls,)we can't help but feel that it may have something to do with the way he runs his dealership. These potential buyers did not appreciate being duped into an unwarranted and unproductive 40 mile trip. Found our Ridgeline elsewhere. More
For starters, it took a while for me to get a salesman to help me find a car. We came inside of Honda and stood for a while and after a few minutes someone on the phone went to get someone else to help us ou help me find a car. I would rate his role a 5. I was not forced into buying but Honda was hard to work with in terms of pricing. No discounts or deals were settled, even though it was a holiday sale and personelle discouraged me from buying the car with their demeaning attitude toward my potential. I ended up buying but I would encourage Honda to be more friendly and willing to work with customers by offering discounts and not tearing down their self worth/ credibility with negative attitudes toward their potential. I loved my overall experience at Duval Honda. Darrell Williams was a complete gentleman, very patient and kind. He fully explained to me all I needed to know for my Honda Odyssey. This was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership buying a new vehicle. I bought a new, 2012 Honda Accord LX. Donovan Mills was my Sales Associate and he was excellent from the very be dealership buying a new vehicle. I bought a new, 2012 Honda Accord LX. Donovan Mills was my Sales Associate and he was excellent from the very beginning. His courteousness, product knowledge and desire to find the right vehicle for me was top notch. Marvin in Business Development helped to aid in my search, giving me some suggestions on different vehicles and recommendations to follow. Between the two of them, I found the right vehicle. To round out the experience, Rafael Mejia went over the financing and other options available. His knowledge of all the products was second to none. His courteousness and professionalism was impressive. Lastly, he was able to secure terms for me on my vehicle that were better than I could secure on my own through two different credit unions/lenders I'd been with for years. Lastly, Clausen Morrell set the example. He is not only the leader of that dealership as President, but it's his example for others which set the tone for why the staff who serve customers directly are glad they do business with Duval Honda. SMG (Scott McRae Group) has done very well in placing Clausen in the position he is in. He's a down to earth leader who is interested in providing a vehicle buying experience that is the best.
