djt, We are very sorry for what you have experienced with your vehicle. Our goal is always to service your vehicle in order to make it operate as efficiently as possible in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. The software update applied to your vehicle was done in response to your initial complaint, as that is the stated repair for your concern. It is unfortunate that the Jeep roadside assistance program elected to bring your vehicle to a closer dealership when it needed to be towed, they offer towing services to the nearest Jeep facility, not necessarily the one requested by the customer.
