There's no point in making an appointment for service. I was there for 2 1/2 hrs before they even looked at my car! I finally drove away after being there for more than 5 hrs (and it was NOT a complicated s was there for 2 1/2 hrs before they even looked at my car! I finally drove away after being there for more than 5 hrs (and it was NOT a complicated service issue). Adding insult to injury, they did not do the "complimentary car wash." There was another customer there solely for oil change, and that took 5 hrs!!! Something's very wrong with their system. It's totally inefficient AND disrespectful to waste people's time. More
