I went in extremely excited to trade in my old 2005 Honda CR-V for a 2021 CR-V lease. The dealership had my old car towed there. I realized that I was not getting a good deal during negotiations with Phil an CR-V for a 2021 CR-V lease. The dealership had my old car towed there. I realized that I was not getting a good deal during negotiations with Phil and ended up leaving my car at their service center for the night. They did agree not to charge me for doing so for one night. I managed to find a much better deal at another dealership for the same car (2021 CR-V) the very next day. When I called to ask if they still wanted to buy my old car or if I should just tow it back to my house, Phil got pretty nasty. He ended up getting frustrated, cut me off, yelled at me, and then hung up on me. I can understand his frustration as he spent a couple of hours with me showing me some cars and negotiating. But that still does not excuse his behavior towards me. I simply did not like what I was offered and found a better deal. I called back to speak to a manager just to clarify what I was to do with my old car that was at their service center parking lot. I ended up having to pay for the tow into the dealership (they had paid for it but said they would refuse to let me take the car back unless I paid the tow in) and back to my home. 2 tows. I decided not to try to trade in the car to avoid the towing charge headaches and potentially hurting my negotiating power but rather donated it for a small tax write-off. At the end of the day, I did end up with a better deal elsewhere without even giving them my old car and was treated much better. Overall, my experience at Atlantic Honda was a very bad, expensive, and inconvenient experience that I hope does not happen to anybody else. More

Adam my salesman was a super nice guy. The finance manager lied to me as I found out conveniently after the 3 day cancelation clause I did not have gap or down payment protection as he lead me to beli manager lied to me as I found out conveniently after the 3 day cancelation clause I did not have gap or down payment protection as he lead me to belive was why my payment was higher. There was also 3 issues with the vehicle. A broken tps sensor. A tire had a large nail in it and the gps and compas dont work. I made an appointment to bring it in for repair that they could not do. They did put a new tire on the car but couldn't fix the tps sensor or the gps and compass. After keeping me there 6 hours the day of purchase and another 5 hours for a tire I now have to go back to atlantic Chevy to have the gps and GPS repaired. What a disregard for my time and the fact I live on the north shore in lake grove. If you cant fix what you sell at one dealership I should have been sent to chevy to begine with. This was the third vehicle I have purchast from the atlantic group. I will never buy from any of its affiliates again. More
