The service sucked. They told me it was a 2 hour wait and it ended up being a 3 hour wait. Nicholas was just a bad service advisor. Went to him a few times and he told me that they were going to work on the it ended up being a 3 hour wait. Nicholas was just a bad service advisor. People that came after me left before me. I only went in for oil change I shouldn't had to wait 3 hours. The guy that brought the car out was actually pretty nice he apologized and informed me that they were short staff and they were moving as fast as they could, which if Nicholas would have told me that when I arrived I would have rescheduled my appointment instead of waiting around for 3 hours. Brought my car in on 2/4 for Oil change & the tire light was on. Was told everything was fine with the tires, that it was from the cold. Next day, tire light on again. Brought to a tire repair place since was on. Was told everything was fine with the tires, that it was from the cold. Next day, tire light on again. Brought to a tire repair place since left rear tire was low, & they found a nail in tire. I’m very disappointed in this service visit, because it seems the nail had been in the tire, & that the tires were never inspected for such, while it was on the lift. More
