T Atlantic Honda in Bayshore was a GREAT car buying experience!! I was in the market for a new car and was driving by with my wife and stopped in. There we met our Salesman, Abraham. He is a pleasant young, energetic and very knowledgeable salesman. We already own a CRV and were looking for either another CRV or larger vehicle. My wife and I ended up picking the 2021 Passport which we are very impressed with. It's a Perfect size vehicle with excellent options. We were interested in leasing for the first time and it turned out to be an excellent experience. Abraham walked us through the the process and introduced us to Katelyn, our Finance Manager. Katelyn worked with us and worked out a great contract. She went out of her way to answer all questions about the leasing process and contract options. I looked at several dealers before stopping at Atlantic. They are very professional and I have already recommended Atlantic Honda to my friends. I am looking forward to meeting the service team. There's no point in making an appointment for service. I was there for 2 1/2 hrs before they even looked at my car! I finally drove away after being there for more than 5 hrs (and it was NOT a complicated s was there for 2 1/2 hrs before they even looked at my car! I finally drove away after being there for more than 5 hrs (and it was NOT a complicated service issue). Adding insult to injury, they did not do the "complimentary car wash." There was another customer there solely for oil change, and that took 5 hrs!!! Something's very wrong with their system. It's totally inefficient AND disrespectful to waste people's time. More
