I was very disappointed with my visit to Honda for service this past Saturday. Even with making a appointment before my arrival there was a 80 min wait for a oil change. The dealership offered no coup service this past Saturday. Even with making a appointment before my arrival there was a 80 min wait for a oil change. The dealership offered no coupons in a time when so many have lost their income and are struggling to make ends meet. There was not enough seeming offered for the amount of people there if you wanted to social distance. They refused to run the car through the car was or allow us to run it through the car wash. Normally this is a complementary service when you pay for service at the dealership. Lastly the technicaan as that services my vehicle didn’t check the aire pressures of my tires and I hard to turn around and go back to the dealership to make them put air in the tires especially the one that was clearly lower than the others. I was told that additional routine maintenance needed to be completed on my vehicle but with the lack of coupons and the amount of the day that service had sucked up already I didn’t feel like waiting any longer than I had to. And when I do get my service completed I will be going to a dealership that better respects my time and is offering a coupon to help ease the finacial burden that so many customer are facing today. More
