The service was welcoming when I pulled into the garage.I then went to the desk ,Bernie was very efficient .He stated I'd be 45min.to an hour.I text them from waiting room.... got no answer.So after sitting then went to the desk ,Bernie was very efficient .He stated I'd be 45min.to an hour.I text them from waiting room.... got no answer.So after sitting for 2 hours I inquired at the desk that 2 hours for an oil change is a little long.He was very nice and found out the dept was just putting oil in and would be a couple minutes longer.Finally done.Car wash was not opened .Bernie apologized for the wait..It was a holiday if that had anything to do with it. Helped achieve a life long goal of buying my mother a car. First time buyer, so naturally, I was very nervous. Been to 4 OTHER dealerships spoke to over 6 different dealers and realized that this was about to First time buyer, so naturally, I was very nervous. Been to 4 OTHER dealerships spoke to over 6 different dealers and realized that this was about to be one of the hardest purchases in my life. Initially you were made to feel important and as the conversation continued I either felt that I was being played or lead down to make a selection I wasn't comfortable with. I even had two different prices and interest rates offered at the same dealership by 2 different dealers. It was the same feeling, over and over again, of frustration, anger and being taken advantage of. THEN I MET PHIL WARD and thank God I did. From the start I got a better vibe. Phil was clear and transparent, yes you felt valued in the beginning at other places, but with Phil I felt that until the very end where I drove off in the passenger seat of my mothers new car. Phil listened to me, answered all of my questions, showed me different models and talked me through the whole process of financing. Basically he was willing to go the extra mile and he did just that. He went out of his way to take care of all the little details to make sure we were happy with our purchase. There is no other person I will buy a car from besides Phil from now on. I'm just glad I was able to achieve my goal and I was able to make my mother happy and honestly it was all thanks to Phil. My mom was so happy with the whole experience that she now calls Phil her son! :D Yes, buying a car is a scary process but thanks to dealers like Phil Ward and dealerships like Atlantic Honda you realize you have people that are there to help you along the way. I dont think I could have been happier and like I told him, I'll be coming back for a car for myself next. More
I went for my first oil change. The dealer took my car quickly and completed the full service. I waited in a very nice large comfortable area with breakfast snacks and TV.
