Brought my car in for its 3,000 mile oil change and inspection. Even though the manual states oil changes every 7,500 miles or one year, I get emails prompting action and I have no problem with that.Af inspection. Even though the manual states oil changes every 7,500 miles or one year, I get emails prompting action and I have no problem with that.After an hour the service manager comes to see ma and says the car is due for the rear oil and assorted filters to be changed. My car has 13,300 miles on it. She stated three times that I really need to change that rear differential oil as dictated by my mileage. So glad I declined as Honda recommendation is at 30,000 miles. This is disgusting, did this occur because I am a woman. Worse part of it she repeated the at the mileage for service three times, pushing me. Thoroughly disgusted! More

Was great service. The Bad part was that my steering wheel was moved all the way up, my seat back was moved straight up when I lean it back some due to back issues, my seat was raised(by seat pump). The employees here had been able to find the part I needed on my car, even when the system proved to be difficult. Rather than give up and tell us we don't have the documentation needed, they used their heads to think about it and were able to find the solution to the problem. And now the part will be coming in a mere day. I certainly plan to use these guys more often. And who knows, maybe I'll become a future customer for their stock. More
