Feel pressed to get work done when they want it. So I was advised to have some filter work done for the mileage I had. After already being there since 7am and 3 hrs in, I said ok. $691 later I'm very unhappy with the amount they chargd to change filters and spark plugs. I feel taken advantage of. When a customer doesn't want to have something done, they should respect their wishes. It just about depleted my account for the greed of these dealerships. I will no longer go back to them. More
