Honda Care doesn't take customer into account New Ridgeline with dash rattle is not acceptable. Service rep advised rattle was diagnosed and remedied and sent me on my way. Picked up the truck nea New Ridgeline with dash rattle is not acceptable. Service rep advised rattle was diagnosed and remedied and sent me on my way. Picked up the truck near closing and driving home still experienced dash rattle. Honda fit and finish is not what it used to be. Dave, the service advisor, was not cognizant to the fact that a new car shouldn't rattle from the dashboard. More

Not only that, they offered me a great deal on a trade-in AND Terrell Carpenter even drove back with me to my house to empty my van and get the 3 heavy van seats from in my garage and put them back in the van! Terrell was very personable, knowledgeable, and supportive. Everyone I dealt with was patient with me and answered all my questions. I had a lot of questions as I never bought a car before and they walked me through everything. I can't say enough about my experience and they deserved 5 stars, especially Terrell! More
